These Terms of Service govern your use of STR Briefing, operated by Omnissiah Holdings LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing, you agree to these terms.
STR Briefing is a weekly email service that provides competitive intelligence reports for short-term rental hosts. Reports analyze publicly available listing data from Airbnb and VRBO.
The service costs $29 per month, billed automatically via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.
You may use reports for your own personal or business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense report content to third parties.
Reports are provided for informational purposes only. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. Market conditions change; act on the information at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Omnissiah Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the three months preceding any claim.
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
